Paul has worked with Norwich Lions RFC, Spixworth and Blofield FC, tennis professionals and is currently the strength trainer of Sam Sexton the former commonwealth heavy weight boxing champion. Your training programme will be directly related to getting you fit and strong for your sport. Exercises and programmes used will be targeted to maximise your time in the gym ensuring that you are fresh and fit come game day.
Whether your goal is weight loss or weight gain. Paul is the trainer to get you the body shape what you want. He currently runs the Oasis biggest loser programme which participants are losing an average of 6lbs per month with the biggest losers losing up to 16lb in four weeks. You will be given nutritional guidelines to follow and a training programme to maximise fat loss.
If you goal is muscle gain then Paul uses his experience as a competitive bodybuilder to maximise your muscle gains.
