If you are a person who enjoys exercise classes then you are in luck. I teach a wide range of classes at Oasis Sport and Leisure Club, Norwich. All classes are based on first come first serve. So make sure you arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts. You must book for spinning classes. Non member can book 24 hours in advance. Call 01603 462462 to book your place.
