Paul is an ambitious, motivated and committed personal trainer. He prides himself with getting the best out of his clients. Constantly learning and striving to become a better trainer. He always puts his clients first.
Like many teenage boys he dreamt of being a professional rugby player, but a knee injury at 16 hampered his ambitions. Following the surgeon’s advice Paul started working out in the gym and found a new direction in life: training.
Since then, he has gained experience in all aspects of health and fitness. From first hand experience trying out new training methods, to completing cutting-edge qualifications with industry leaders. He is now passionate about sharing that knowledge with others.
